Maintenance Administration

Transit Services Group will facilitate a maintenance management system that will improve every process in the maintenance policy and procedures.

The maintenance management system will centralize management oversight and make the local maintenance coordination much easier. The software is cloud based where management can access through a browser and drivers will have an Application on their tablets. All information is notified in real time with emails and push notifications.

The management is centralized with a main dashboard to give the snapshot of the maintenance situation.

The Maintenance Dashboard

Phone Application – Download to Tablet

All tablets will have the maintenance phone application downloaded to it. The drivers and other users will use the app to conduct inspections, enter fuel tickets, create issues, and more.

Entries

The user will create entries to add data to the system. The maintenance system will notify managers and supervisors when issues or work orders are added to the system. The most common entries for drivers are Fuel Entry and Inspections.

A user can add, for example, a fuel entry, service entry, or meter entry in order to add data to the system. The maintenance system will notify managers and supervisors when issues or work orders are added to the system.

Inspections

Inspections are a step by step procedure for any regular activity. The most common inspections are as follow:
