Facilitate Accident and Claims Management
Transit Services Group will work as a partner with your company to manage accident documentation and facilitate claims. TSG will provide support by managing all documents, completing the Post-Accident Drug and Alcohol Test Determination, and more.
Coordination of Stakeholders
TSG can take the primary role or secondary role with communicating with stakeholders. Our staff will communicate with:
- The driver and supervisor to obtain reports, pictures, and information.
- We reach out to the local police agency for crash reports and citations.
- We coordinate to obtain estimates.
- Initiate the claim process with insurance companies.
- We work as a team to manage accident events and process claims.
TSG can perform all of you Accident Documentation needs to include accident tasks, accident reports, post-accident drug and alcohol testing and determination, evidence and pictures, correspondence, estimates, and required reporting. See below!
Accident Tasks
Transit Services Group has established a set of tasks that need to be completed for most accidents. These tasks are checked off as the task is completed.
Accident Report
Post-Accident Drug and Alcohol Testing Determination
The TSG dispatcher on duty will complete the Post-Accident Drug and Alcohol Testing Determination form, unless a driver supervisor is promptly on the scene.
Evidence and Pictures
TSG will record all evidence and pictures of the accident event. This can include dashcam video, pictures, witness statements and more.
Correspondence
All correspondence is documented in this page. Correspondence is letters, emails and documentation of voice calls.
TSG can be responsible for all correspondence or support your company’s Management team.
Estimates
TSG will coordinate with vendors to obtain the Estimate for Repairs. Our staff will work with the Lead Driver to allow access to the bus.
